Hi! My name is Mai. I am a Chef. At the age of 7 I started helping my mother out in the kitchen at her restaurant in Lansaka, Nakhon Si Thammarat (Thailand).  Over the years I've been learning how to make her recipes.  Now I'm bring that same southern Thai style to the states with my own special flair.  I can't wait to share my food and the spices of Thailand, with everyone in the Las Vegas.  I hope to see you at the Mai Thai Kitchen Food Truck soon!!

We serve Thai Food in Las Vegas out of our new Purple Food Truck. We serve Pad Thai, Fried Rice, Crispy Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay, Thai Chicken Wings, Curry , Thai Tea, & Thai Iced Coffee. Established in 2015

Since the end of 2015 we've been setting up at farmers market's in a pop up tent by using name From Thailand 2 You (Kitchen By Mai). Begging in May 2017 we have been serving food out of our newly outfitted food truck " Mai Thai Kitchen". We done business in the bay area over 3 years. Our food truck drove around Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco county. We done a lot of regular and special events for our customers. In Nov 2019, we decided to move to Las Vegas for our new adventure and we would like to spread out our good Thai food to both local peoples and tourists in Las Vegas. We are so excited to start our business in Las Vegas and we hope we will be the successful Thai Food Truck in Las Vegas in the future.
